The original came from a manga called JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. During the 3rd story arc, certain characters began using Stands, or embodiments of the user;s psyche. The Stand of the villian, Dio Brando, is called "The World," and could stop time for a brief period. The manga inspired a fighting game from Capcom, and a string of Dio's super moves became immortalized in a flash movie. And now you know...the rest of the story.

It's not from an anime.

It's Dio Brando's ultimate move in Jojos Bizarre Adventure (a Game).

He creates a bubble which stops time inside it and looks identical to Luigi's final smash.

He then:

Throws knives at the opponant which stop in the air.

Throws a steamroller onto them.

Hits the steamroller until it exploads.

Then the floating knives fly into the enemy.

It was painful enough to make Captain Falcon appear out of nowhere, but it at least could be justified as The World appearing and attacking the enemy, but having Dio/Ganondorf suddenly become Sheik to throw a few needles and then changing back would've been quite lame, mostly since Dorf's down taunt works fine, anyway.

Actually, I think I would've liked the idea of Sheik throwing knives better too. You already used the concept of using other characters, so what's one more? I mean, don't get me wrong, I love what you did here, so I don't mean any offense. I just feel that Sheik would add more to it as well. You don't have to have Ganon become Sheik, but just add her in like you did C. Falcon and Luigi. ^_^

Well, I'm not sure they are, but Luigi is sure as hell based on Za Warudo and SP. Nintendo obviously loves JoJo :3 (*cough* Ending of Mario Galaxy and ending of Stone Ocean *cough*) Just like Capcom takes ideas from jojo :3 (I don't even have to comment on this one: Strohiem= Guile in design... Maybe Dire, but people agree Guile looks more like Strohiem)
