the timpani and double bass are probably on the pedal, and the trumpet is the up keyboard, and the left hand in the down keyboard position do the string and tune the variation, there was some part programed i think....

the sound of this machine is awesome more than the motif series.

The main theme is usually a major key and the imperial march is usually in a minor key I think. I think maybe she just transposed each to opposing minor/major keys. Anyways, if you check her other videos, you'll find a "straight" version of this music, and it sounds as if J. Williams were conducting it :)

not impossible, each board can be programmed differently, also from what i can see she is hitting the proper notes properly, while handling melody on the the top board, and harmony/perc on the bottom 2
