Vitamin string quartet is fantastic but if you are choreographing for the studio world then deff use popular song in instrumental single instrument form. but if you are choreographing for something bigger then I would be careful with using popular songs.

I'm not sure but it sounds like a cello with a viola doing a backgroud melody (2:33). And there is definitely not a bass in this quartet. The bass is much lower than the lowest instrument heard here.
