although it looks cool it appears the bottom sound activated light is white or a very light whitish blue which IMO I wouldn't buy white cold cathodes because it doesn't have that same feel if its white because most other lights for example room lights lamps ect are white light and to me it would just seem to me like I put a lamp in my PC IF i used white lighting for my PC.
I don't know how I missed it, but I did, and Im not supprised that I did
you can keep them on all the time, if you like
well, there are actually two inverters; one is for ultra violet ccfls; those are turned on and off with a switch, the other inverter is for the blue ccfl; the one that can be turned on and off by sound, you can also turn it on, or off by moving some wires around, on the breadboard
Artist is The Undoing of David Wraight and the song is by the Sign of the... and the rest always gets cut off. They had a MySpace thingie, but I don't know what happened to it.
If you can't find it, I could try emailing it or soemthing, I think that would be alright, because the song was up for download on MySpace.
Hey mate, how do you sound activate neon lights in a computer? Also - Where do you get strobe sort of lights? I have blue cathode lights and a LED Fan.. Would love to sound activate them..
I have a thread, http://forums.pcapex.com/other_modding/80015-homemade_sound_activated_cold_cathode_and.html, that has the circuit I used. If you don't feel like making the circuit, you can get sound activated cold cathode kits and there's also something called a Lightbus. If you need any help, just ask, I don't know if I could, but I could try.

I didn't use any strobe lights, just CCFLs.
