Speculation: These are real space aliens and their were many witness, apparently they wandered into a area and this provoked the conflict apparently one alien was killed per other films... @Bedeekin it is possible that the females of the species starts the gestation period then transfers it over to the males for maturation and that would be a good reason why Skinny Bob would have feminine body structure

SERPO is totally a real group they are in france they are a civilian group charged with keeping an eye on the airspace apart from the millitary. SERPO was formally known as GEPAN.
What i Find funny is that when i took a look at Ivan0135s channel page some one said the same about him!
For me it are also those details that are convincing me that this is real alien footage.
For example: at 1:38 you can see that his mouth gets open when he moves his head up and at 1:41 you can see that he pushes his lips together (all this is very natural, just like the real thing!)
Also skinny Bob doesn't seem to act for the camera.
Another detail that is convincing me is that when he is getting measured the shadow behaves perfectly while he's moving with his head.
That picture on the end of the video really strikes me.
When I Tried to change contrast of a frame of the video the eyes aren't visible.
Can you tell me how you did this? And can you do this with other frames from the video? (at the beginning when you see little bob from a side view for example?)
Or is it possible to play the full video on high contrast like this?
@Chimmerychim I took a screenshot. Stuck it on photoshop. Then I went to Shadows/Highlights. I took the shadows radius down to 10. I then pushed up the highlight radius up to about 75... playing with the highlight radius brings out subtle lighter shaded pixels in the image. In this case it revealed the glint in the eye and trace evidence of the lower lid.
Then I used the dust and scratches filter to amalgamate the pixels together a bit.
After compositing the picture from about 10 frames of the 'pan up the body shot' I used the Dodge tool on the highlight setting at about 3%... then did a singel brush over the eyes... et voila!!!
@Chimmerychim I did notice that due to the fact it is actual film, there are only some frames that are more illuminated than others.
Few points you might like...
The sound of the film projector is real. If you listen to the footage using HD headphones, it is possible to hear changes of speed (due to a reducing weight of the spool), and someone brushing against the mic.
@Chimmerychim There is a strange artifact in the top left of the 'interview' at 1:34 . It is either on the film... or an obscurity between the video camera and the projected image. Either way, I think this is the bottom/side portion of somebodies face.. like the footage is shot over someone's shoulder.

I followed your instructions but nothing really happened. When I changed The Shadows/Highlights there appeared no glint in the eye, neither did the eyelid come out.
When you did a single brush over the eyes you mean with the dodge tool right? Or maybe using 'printscreen' for taking a screenshot is not the right way to do it? Ty anyway

@Chimmerychim I'll do it again... I need to find what particular frame I pulled it from. It was quite a 'wow' moment. Especially because everyone seemed to assume that Bob's eyes were the huge shadows.
I first became suspect that he had smaller eyes than thought because the 3/4 profile shows the distinct lack of a dome or roundness that a large eye would have.
@Bedeekin I can Imagine you were amazed! I was looking for some footage where there was more of his eyes visible (because the shape of the eyes, like on 1:48 was intriguing me. It looks very beatiful (egyptian or like a cheeta) and than I saw your video and I was stunned and a smile came down on my face. It's so exciting to be able to see their eyes! I wonder why these video's are shown with so much contrast.
@Bedeekin Very interesting but with all these bogus UFO Clip plastered over Youtube and the rest of the net it would be hard to say otherwise. But NASA have been doctoring there photos for years who knows..

Some people have 'an eye' for certain things, mine is realism. and I use 'the eye' for my career; constantly striving to fabricate realism. I have a lot to lose (in the eyes of my peers) if this turns out to be fake... but I just can't say it is and I am forced therefor to asume it must be real. As much as it makes me wince in embarrassment because the idea is fucking far-fetched. I can't help see the other side of the coin.

The large hips may be indicative of the bone structure as a result of the body posture needed to support the head.

@Chimmerychim Normally when we look at good fakes they impress on first viewing but somethings not quite right and under scrutiny, breaks down.
This has worked in the sense that it was a 'wow' moment... slightly uneasy... excited... and after careful scrutiny just seems to get better.
The gait and walk of the last visitor in 'family vacation' is so natural.
