I don't think that FOX gets more viewers, I know for a fact that FOX gets more than CNN, and MSNBC combined. That is the more than the two put together.

If you had a show right around the time WWII was starting, and you invited a European guest on who had lost a relative in Hitler's genocide, and that guest turned around and blamed his own government for Hitler's genocide, thus trivializing his relative's death, you would have to run those comments into the ground.
The Glick interview took place not long after 9/11, and he was invited to discuss his father's death and how it affected him, not disparage and trivialize his death and the USA.
