    thx :)

  • Lambsquraters was the main food for my parents when they were kids during german occupation of USSR of WWII. Amazingly after years of total starvation of their yonger years - they had absolutely beautiful healthy teeth all their life.

  • You want to harvest plants from organic farms to ensure that you don't get poisoned by chemical sprays!

    Sorry, couldn't resist.

  • Really enjoyed this. I have been using dandelion and mustard, but this was very informative. I'm looking forward to your book - I loved your mom's and have shared it with many people. I am hoping my family stays a lot healthier this winter with green smoothies.

  • молодец акцента по англииски вообще нету.

I live in US since I was 16,

great information I appreciate all your family knowledge. I myself started to eat green following my grandmonther suggestions since she was born Armenia(Karabakh region) they always ate wild greens all the time. learning from her I make some connection in your vidoes and apps etc..

    Thank you

  • What about Canada :p

    Thanks for all the information

  • I don't think that's the case, coz when you blend dandelions with fruit it's still bitter, only less bitter and therefore easier to eat. Glad you liked my vid. Thanks for your feedback.

  • awesome video Sergai, thank u so much. ive been meaning to make my own wild green video on my channel too :) can i ask u tho, if u blend bitter leaves with fruit in smoothies, does no longer ingesting a bitter food negate the benefits of ingesting something that's actually bitter when we eat it? i think this is the case. love n regards, best warm wishes! Owen :)

  • My book is coming soon!

  • @BoutenkoFilms What's your book gonna be called? Is it going to be on wild edibles and how to identify them?
