Yeah man, I wouldn't mind a CoD game being delayed for a bit. I mean if you look at it 1yr is not a whole lot of time to make a game, let alone live up to the reputation that CoD has set for itself. The big difference with modern warfare 3 is that it will be only in production for < 1 year . This leads me to believe that the quality is going to be lower than ever with Activation's next Call Of Duty.

From the looks, COD is turning Portable too. Activision has stated in an interview with Sony that they're working to bring Call of Duty to NGP (Sony's new PSP)
So adding another console/handheld into the equation could make it even worse if they're planning to release MW3 on NGP. But that'll all depend wether Activision is actually working with MW3 and if they'll be sticking with it.

I play this garbage on Xbox and it sucks! Treyarch should just quit! With the exception of Zombies they have failed at everything they have put out so far! It might just be me, but I feel as if this was a delibarate assault on Activision. I've seen a bunch of games that were just so buggy on release that it took about 6 months of patches to fix it... some of the games, like Gothic 3 for example still were buggy after that patching. Now I find this somewhat wierd that only Activision got, lets say, sued for a buggy game. As far as I know... the other releases just pissed off the community... that's it.
i bought black ops on nov 10 th day after realease, for ps3 i found nothing wrong with the game except for my rc car falling through the map...now that i mentioned it whenever i died i fell through the map......nvrm!

This is definantly a good thing. They've rectified Playstation 3 Black-Ops with a couple of patches, but there are still imbalances and flaws that could have been weeded out through an actually play-testing period and polishing. Like others have commented, certain maps *like Nuketown, which is redundant* and guns *the AK-74u is simply unstoppable. But its Russian anyway so...* would be toned down if too powerful. The RC-XD wouldn't have made it into the game, I'm sure. It's cheap kill boosting.

Yes it may be so that on PS3 and PC treyarc kina left u guys out however i am very pleased with it on the 360 there are constant updates for glitches and i am having 0 problems with connections

I play this garbage on Xbox and it sucks! Treyarch should just quit! With the exception of Zombies they have failed at everything they have put out so far! Cod 4 and modern warfare 2 have there issues also but gameplay is not one of them! Multiplayer is so much better on the IW games. Movement and gameplay is so much crisper and faster! Every treyarch game has lag because of their shitty severs! I WANT MY MONEY BACK BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!

I hanve friends who have xbox360 and friends who have ps3. when black ops came out, me and half of my friends got it, and played forever with the game and had a blast. other friends came to school the next day cursing up a storm about how bad it was. I dont know all the details becuase im an Xbox kid, but it sounded pretty bad

It might just be me, but I feel as if this was a delibarate assault on Activision. I've seen a bunch of games that were just so buggy on release that it took about 6 months of patches to fix it... some of the games, like Gothic 3 for example still were buggy after that patching. Now I find this somewhat wierd that only Activision got, lets say, sued for a buggy game. As far as I know... the other releases just pissed off the community... that's it.

dude, I had no clue all this crap was going on since I have a 360. treyarch and activision (ya forget my comment below) need to just say "you know, we did rush the game and you guys have the right to be angry and this will be fixed and you will get your money back", but obviously, they're not doing that in 1,000 years. and I don't care if the next activision game doesn't come out for a year+ if these people actually get their freaking money back and the game is fixed for damn good.

@dRfizzzzz i have a ps3 & xbox and got my xbox last month, PS3 is a fine system,just like xbox. BUT ps3 has been jailbreaked and all gamescan and have been hacked ... i mean like i can play gta 4 fine,,, but people can hack the multiplayer but no one plays it. Black ops is a little hacked... my friend has all gold guns and 15 prestige with one day, but i mean its incredibly laggy, host migration even when ppl dont leave the game, laggy when u inv people. Its unbearable and none of it is on xbox

DON'T FORGET THE WII! First off, the wii only has one zombie map! obviously that's not finished. Plus, we cannot customize our guns. i really wanted that but its not there. please tell activision that wii is there too and we need to be heard. im not as fortunate as some people so i do not have the xbox 360 or the ps3. please help

This is definantly a good thing. They've rectified Playstation 3 Black-Ops with a couple of patches, but there are still imbalances and flaws that could have been weeded out through an actually play-testing period and polishing. Like others have commented, certain maps *like Nuketown, which is redundant* and guns *the AK-74u is simply unstoppable. But its Russian anyway so...* would be toned down if too powerful. The RC-XD wouldn't have made it into the game, I'm sure. It's cheap kill boosting.
