I have too much time and too little talent so I resort to elaborate attempts to combine instruments and players. I have nobody to play with so I often play with myself........Hmmm?

Ruddy good tune that Geoff, and it was very nicely & ably rendered too mate. It's probably the best bit of mixing you've produced in a while! I guess your basement is a bit crowded at the mo with the extra musos and all the band gear! You can use some of the hay to keep them warm down there, and if they do a bit of rolling around it should stave off the cold and damp :p

We will be having a wee dram in yours and Jane's honour, this Hogmanay. A very Happy New Year to you both. Cheerz mate :-)

Yeah the straw helps but I have terminal hay-fever. Cheers to you and the lovely, long-suffering Fran. Looking back, that day with you was a truly enjoyable experience so we will toast the future with you both.

@undeadtrev - A YT friend Len (memphis3dude) visited last summer from NZ and he was originally Scottish via Poland. He'll proably be here any minute. Its good to trace your history. We dug into our roots thinking something heroic would crop up from our long line of army officers. We decided to quit when we discovered the first soldier was a navvy on the London sewers who climbed out of a hole just as the Royal Horse Artillery paraded by. Can't dig more deeply than that!
