One thing that may be helpful... I have noticed that all lead sheets of this song (both printed and online) have transcription errors. I believe you'll find that Adim/Eb is the correct second chord after Am instead of Eb.
Adim/Eb is spelled:
R.Hand = A C Eb
L.Hand = Eb
I've found other transcription errors if you're interested.
