One of my favorite songs from Amr Diab!!! It came out In 2000. When I heard the hindi version of this song I was in shock. The original is much better. I have heard this song translated in over 20 languages. Amr Diab is a legend, the true king of Middle eastern music. :) He still sounds the same even in concert. I just saw him a month ago, and it was amazing!

seriously? take an un-bias history and you'll understand how we are the same people. Long story short, we used to be one country not too long ago. Sure, there were religious differences, but Pakistan didn't exist. We were part of India, and damn were we a strong country. If you're full Pakistani (as in, both your parents are from Pakistan), you're also most likely Indian (talk to your parents about where your grandparents and great grandparents were born. Most likely India...)

The only reason we aren't one country anymore is because of the British. India (and modern day Pakistan) was under British occupation for hundreds of years. Every heard of the BRITISH saying, divide and conquer? The British couldn't have Jinnah, Nehru and Gandhi all ruling together in one country - we'd be too strong... meaning, we'd be competition. They put fear into Jinnah's eyes, saying that the Muslims would not get any rights etc since it was a mainly Hindu nation.
