@ArkanumRReloadeD Yeah cause the only way Jesus knows how to come back after being dead for 2000 years is to make a volcano in Japan erupt and we all know a volcano has never erupted before this so that sounds perfectly reasonable to me.
Actually a lot of volanos erupt all the time over the world,especially in the Ring ot Fire in the Pacific, if you would have to go by that logic if you would have your agenda more than full.

1) Japan does not need aid, they economy may be slump, but it's not bust
2) Japan is probably too proud to take aid for a small incident like this
3) Other developing countries are still reeling from their natural disasters (ie Haiti) and are more in need of aid
