  • If my investments and real estate keep improving, at retirement, I should be able to afford to buy her....

a new sail. The main, not that massive genoa....

  • It is in Bermuda at the moment!

  • Mirabella V is a work of art that I wish I could afford! I see myself sailing the world on this beauty. @29 million Euros plus about 3-5 million for operational cost a year is a lot of money!

  • for sale at the moment only 29 million euro. Hmmm-tempting!

  • from purely a design pov, probably should've stopped at about 190 ft. i don't think the technology is there to build a sloop that large and actually make it sail well and efficient.

  • @bluemonolith88 Well they did it. It seems to do 19 knots just fine, and from what Ive heard, has not been knocked down yet ;)

  • The furnitures will fly around when the yacht broaches in hard wind

  • wow

  • What an amazing, sleek and majestic yacht ! Totally exciting, well done mr. Vittoria for funding such a masterpiece :-)

I shall now wonder: the first "choir" piece of music, is it custom made for the show, or is it a regular piece that I can find in a CD or iTunes ? Thanks !

  • omg so awesome, just imagine all of those pillows and glasses when the boats at a 40 degree heel

  • I had the pleasure of working for these folks back in 1989 building a house for them in CT. Joe and Luciana are two of the nicest people you would ever meet. Luciana .. Joes wife made me a birthday lunch I will always remember. I miss you guys. I wish you all the happiness always. Hope all your kids are well. Love Dave Robushi. (former of P & H emplyee)

  • it only costs $350,000/week to hire

  • I got a ride on a bayliner once...ya...I uh...ya...

  • Fantastic yacht - but I don't know how the commentator can call it a "white nuckle ride"!! She's too big to get blown about. He should try a 27 footer in the North Sea in a force 7 lol

  • With the mast being longer than the boat, I would think it is possible to capsize her. Though I doubt they would let that happen. I sailed when there was a tornado nearby on Lake Geneva Wisconsin. That was a white knuckle ride for my wife and the one other passenger. I was at the helm looking OVER the top of the mast! We were "washing the windows" and the water was half way to my knees in the self-bailing cockpit. To me this was FUN. My boat is called "Storm Chaser."

  • @RushmoreGerleve The mast on EVERY sailboat is longer than the boat....
