The problem you get with government regulating public school is that you get stupid shit like no child left behind. As far as I know- you can't teach creationism in public schools already. Climate change is a big deal, but humans have no control over it. Ron Paul supports renewable energies like bio-fuels using hemp instead of using corn. He supports renewable fuel innovation through free market capitalism- which is where you'll find it not the government.

Free market capitalism hasnt been allowed to work, but some necessary post-depression rules that would have averted the credit crunch have been removed; by both parties I might add (example glass-steagalle act).
