How about applauding this woman for embracing technology to utilize it to help others so that they may see what yoga and breathing techniques can do to help maintain a healthier lifestyle overall. It's not SIMPLY "breathing" but breathing from your "core" while using proper posture. Not to mention having the right positive attitude. I give it *thumbs up*... anyone else?
I'm sorry. this doesn't help my stress. It doesn't lower my debts, make my wife not cheat on me, and doesn't keep me from taking large doses of painpills and alcohol at the same time. The only way to deal w/ stress is to just fuckin deal w/ it. But if this works for others, than great! Have a nice day.
