To those of us who are familiar with this song, it sort of gives the impression that miss brice is dancing to show she's not a nazi. Perhaps if the song was about beauty or femininity. You might want to consider rosenrot, nebel or morgenstern. Americans have a hard time understanding the meaning behind lyrics of other languages because we aren't used to searching deeply through poetry for hidden meanings. maybe you just liked the sound but, the song is about more than directions and counting.

Rachel is well known for going against the norm and i think this remix really suits her style ...as for Americans having a "hard time understanding the meaning behind lyrics" i find that very hard to believe as i have a lot of American friends who have just as much insight as myself when it comes to lyrics ..

my whole point of doing this vid with the music is to show people everything is not always as it seems and that if we look deeper we find that sometimes we have got everything we believed to be true wrong and as you say this song is so much more than a song about directions and words but if people don't understand that then thats fine ..i just hope they enjoy what they see and hear :)
