@williehackitt i dont know they are both good depends what kinda hammond your use to an old beat up leslie and hammond have a more appealing sound to some then a pristine and boring one to others. No 2 sound the same
Nice licks--I am watching and playing my keyboard (VB3 organ software) at the same time--What amp are you going through? It sounds great. I am using 2 Fender Frontman 25r's--but they are too "bright" .

Great playing and great Hammond sound! Soundwise the VK8 still beats most other Hammond clones out there. Are you using the internal Leslie simulation through the Fender amp in this video?

actually, both the vk-7 and vk-8 have great leslie simulators if you go in the menu and program them. the vk-8 has an enhanced hammond sound though.
