How do you make water?!

With a program called Terranim8or. You make the terrains(texture/bump maps) in Terranim8or. Then you import them into Anim8or, play with the settings and animation a bit, and add whatever else you want. Like the shark and the sea weed. :) Terranim8or is a free program like Anim8or that you can download. Google it.

No problem! I think I forgot to say Terranim8or in the video info, but it's actually quite simple with that program. Actually, I haven't used either in quite a while now that I've gotten access to Blender and Maya. :)
