Yes, it is located in central Spain, 70 km south of Madrid. In the 15th Century, it was even the capital of Spain and a great example for coexistence of Christian, Jewish and Moorish cultures - before this golden age was sadly brought to an end by order of the Queen Isabella (all jews and muslims were expelled from Spain).
