when you panned the bridge and said "victoria, nsw" You panned the wrong direction, the vic/nsw doesnt go left to right of the waters and split the arm in 2... it goes either side of the bride...

Hey how ya going mate. i just live 10 mins from lake hume. great place. if ya go again try just bellow the weir wall just near the bouys on the vic'y side caught 2 great yellas there the other day on small ish dark coloured lures out of the boat. good luck next time.

Hey alan, i live only 10 minutes from the lake and fish it quite offen.

You are way to close to the boat ramps to catch any fish. You should have headed up the 'bona' arm and get on those rocky faces. We troll them with cod lures and catch good size reddies and yellas. With the occasional murray cod.

Another easy technique is bobing at trees. With worms you get small reddies. With soft plastics you get biggest reddies. Ever tried bobbing spinnerbaits?

Now I know where Lake Hume is. I really didnt know it was in between Vic. and NSW.

If I ever travel over east again that will be on my list....Great trees poking through the water vision....well done
