that is a normal sound for a cat... it is not evil LOL ... it is called "chattering" and they do it when they see or hear their prey...

My oriental, Shaman always pays attention on other orientals' talk, but don't even notice when any other kind of cat starts meowing! These ori cats are talking in a special language, I think. :-))
