The forms that he practices now are very similar (although Im not one of his students), the same concepts are present, just slight changes to practices. Every martial artist evolves and changes as time goes by and this is an old clip from an old DVD, it is titled as an excerpt from a DVD, not as 'What Alan Gibson this minute is training in'. IMO his WC has always been efficient, direct & simple, I dare say alot of WC guys would be better off training his old stuff then what they do now.
