For any version of windows: CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open task manager (if you have vista or 7 you have to click task manager that appears on the menu) and right click the game that you play and click set priority and choose high. i hope it works :)

I gotta say the difference is outstanding. I got into the game, had 30 seconds lags and evetually timed out. Now I barely have a 1 second lag. worst is 5 sec

Hey guys, if maybe you're on a laptop... it still works the same.. still press Ctrl+Alt+Delete at the sam time and there will be 4 options.. Choose 'Start Task Manager'

@MrCATube fixed the jumping lag go to right click computer propities Advance system settings setting (first one) then press Adust the best preformane you get werid tool bars i think it works for other games try it
