I have to agree about Chip and Dale 2 begin a dissapointment. The music sucks, the bosses while more challening take a little too long to kill, and you don't even get to use zipper as invensibility anymore. Not a bad game by any means, but compared to the first one, its a pretty forgetable game IMO.

@FREAKFANATIC Chip and Dale 1 is far worser than Chip and Dale 2 in my opinion. Also C&D 2 was one of the first games I have ever played. The music isn't bad at all. The last level's music is pure badass. Don't get me wrong, I like C&D 1, but the controls are a little bit stiff.

A good story can actually really add to a game, but it's a fine line, and certainly it isn't important for an NES game. Still, there are plenty of games which just wouldn't be the same without their story.

I love this game! I remember getting through stages to the final boss and I had hard time beating it. I might've been 5 years old. And then my big sister comes up to me and says that she can do it. The fight ended up her turning off the console and getting mum pissed after all that yelling. Yeah, Rescue Rangers was easy enough for me to get through after a rental or two... well almost. There was one spot in the final stage that I couldn't get past no matter how many times I tried. When I finally saw a complete map a few years later, I was pissed to find out that I was like one or two screens from the end. Game Genie finally solved that problem.

Rescue Rangers is awesome, even after 20 years, it's the finest on the NES. Bucky O'Hare and Astro Boy Omega Factor are two of my favorite underrated games/comics/cartoons ever. You ought to review Bucky sometime.

Chip n' Dales was my favorite show as a kid. After a surgical operation I did, me and my mom rented Chip n' Dales and it ended up being the first game I ever finished. Then I saw that the kids of my parents best friends had it so I borrowed it for a year and for about 4-5 months I finished the game once EVERY DAY (I meant to do it for a year) and later on (as a young adult) I bought it for myself. Needless to say, this game means much to me. More than just any game, more than most things!

i like this game better than ducktales because of the 2 player mode. i always loved the cooperation of when me and my cousin played and i always had the top levels and he took the bottom. just seeing how we both did our own part in kicking ass going through the level was a good amazing feeling. this game is better than ducktales if you have 2 players.

I used to rape Ducktales. Chip n Dale was harder because I loved the multiplayer mode the most and would play with my sisters but they sucked and would get frustrated and quit at exactly the same spot as the sock puppet.
