If you wanna import a Aston, for example, besides the 150% of VAT, you'll have to pay another tax called 'special consume tax' which can be up to 45% of the total value of the good. It depends...

mmm that is true but in my experience you find that in every culture, for example when i first came to canada and my english wasn't very good, people from my portuguese community would take advantage of me and not pay me much because they knew i wasn't aware of most of the laws.
