@harkruha Looking back at the video, I think that was my 12" pork pie maple snare, and my 14"sabian aax hi hats. Right now I'm using either my 13" sabian fusion hats, or my new zildian 13" hybrid hats. I still use the pork pie snare, but also use either a dw 14" brass snare, or a mapex saturn series 14" snare. For the snare, it's all about the heads and tuning. I like a coated head because it's a little dryer. Sometimes I use a reverse power dot coated to get a really dry sound.

Drum n bass docent technically need a synth lead of bass, you only real need Drums. Drum n bass is derived from beakbeats mostly, which is kinda hiphop influenced. But people just added alot of synth to it to make it DnB. So really u could have DnB without bass. Because even if you didn't have bass, that's not all there is to DnB. Like I said, there is alot of synth added.

I should know because I have friends that listen to a lot of Dubstep, and I mean a lot.
