I was at this show... and it was completely unreal... if I remember correctly Jerry stayed out for the entire drums segment.... in fact that's what made it unreal, there was no real "drums/space" segment that I can recall... just one long jam.... miss it everyday....
jerrys really just is perfect in this moment his hair as white as snow and so youthful at the same time, its really like all the time underwater turned him into a different person the flow is like a shell xylophone under the sea chillin, and the chill pants and he never bends a note once during his solos, okay orgasms finished for now..peace
@rotolo you are NOT alone brother,I as well feel like sometimes,i drift alone in the sea of the`90s GD shows! The tone in his voice ,the soul that poured from his heart and his everlasting love made my`90s `oooh sooooGooood!...as for this nite and tune, check out Jerry`s ring and pinky fingers during the solo...he wears`em out,i tell you!...Damn,this was such a great nite!
Hey Jack... I have a pristine soundboard of the show (w/o SPACE/DRUMS). Would be happy to send you a copy someday if you don't have it. I saw prob 100 shows but not this one. However it is BY FAR my favorite '94 show.
@rotolo most likely lol. most peoples favorite dead era (including mine) is the brent mydland era. there live shows during tht time were out of this world.
@TNAisWWEv2 ok my friend these shows are literally out of this world they orbit saturn during space, and jerry hangs his head on pluto its deep space or deep sea water diving with neon fish!!!!
@rotolo we all have our own opinion. i see what you are saying, musicly they were amazing. but i just loved brent so much, so that was my favroite time. but i respect what ur saying.
this show great....jerry came outta miracle into one of the best,if not the best, standing on the moon,i ever saw.He played this night at the Spectrum with an energy that was missing from the preceding showz.another nugget from this night is the 2nd set opener,a midnight hour that emptied into a moving cumberland......awsome show
the dead is amazing i live in a family of deadheads my sister is named cassidy marin my brother is creek (after mickeys son creek) and well mine isnt complete deadhead but im named after jack kerouac i love u jerry and miss u
dude dude who posted this Thank You!! This show is magic. I remember a great couplet sets- like Incredible show=- anyone know if the rest of this is floating around on video? this show was =yeay- fucking awesome
" His job is to shed light, not to master" "He was, he was a friend of mine He was, he was a friend of mine Now he's dead and gone This morning my best friend Was sleeping in his bed His face like a jewel And he was dead He liked to play games Mark, push me on a swing Mark, push me on a merry-go-round Going round and round "
Jerry had about 10 months left to live. It seemed in 1994 his physical appearance went through a dramatic change as he started to look like he was in his 80's. Amazing he was only 51 in this video. Very nice and mellow Uncle Johns Band.

At 5:31 why did Bob whack his head with his hands? I didn't notice any mistakes.

I think he's dramatizing the lyrics at that point, "Oh oh what i want to know, how does the song go"!
