But I do believe that some super chargers recommend different pistons but again I know a few people who just kept their stock set up for the most part and installed a super charger. But obviously if you keep the stock set up you do run the chance of something breaking eventually.

@BLCKBRDLS1 7PSI max in street and 13 PSI max for race but danger, my camaro is stock pistons... I need a forged high compression pistons to make more hp but with 7psi you can up your hp to 480 hp mine now is 510 hp and its automatic I broke my axle... so I bought the kit 4.10 better than the stock, you dont need change the housing just you can find the kit in yearone jegs or summit and you will need change the timing chain to the slp I broke my timing chain also...
