Sort of irritating to watch when the only one in the room who is obviously not meditating but scratching or checking his watch gets the camera's attention instead of the one doing Khechari Mudra.

Excellent Jui. Entire family is practicing meditation. Why the laptop radiation in the room? Should be turned off.
