lol if you knew anything about cloth u would know that u cannot use desitin OR dreft OR ivory snow on these dipes! vinegar on the last rinse will get SOME stinky out and will soften your dipes. use a CLOTH DIAPER APPRIVED DETERGRNT on cloth, which moth the time you cannot buy in store. to fully get out stink issues or repelling u will need to "strip" them. do not use normal baby products unless cloth diaper approved or u will ruin your diapers!
Desitin is a good diaper cream. If you buy some 20 Mule Team Borax, and add it to the babys laundry along with Ivory Snow or Dreft, that will get the smell of stinky out, or maybe some baking soda. I've also read that you can add some distilled vinegar to the final rinse, that will get the smell out too. Plus it won't smell like vinegar afterwards.
Where do you buy these diapers from the muttauin web site has no way to purchace them.

@Sheri451 We haven't tried the Mule Team Borax but have used Allan's. Vinegar is good too and has definitely stood the test of time!

Thanks for the information. It also may be helpful for others to edit the title of the video to include the brand name Muttaquin.
