I got a great deal on a sweet 1999 Trans Am which happened to be a manual transmission, which I didn't know how to drive, but the deal was too great to pass up. I wish I hadn't bought it now because no matter how hard I try I just can't get this shit down. I have this awesome Trans Am, but still drive my piece of shit S-10 because I'm afraid to drive it any faster than 40 mph. If I can't get it down soon, I'm probably gonna sell it.

HAHAH, good vid. But you are a bit off on the gears. It is easier to spin a small gear quicker so it is first.(accelaration). then gradually the gears get bigger as you shift up.( a large gear is bigger and harder to turn but can achieve alot bigger top speeds because it has a larger radius)
