I've been using a similar recipe for microwave cake, but mine is a lot simpler. 4tbsp flour, 4tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, an egg, 2tbsp milk and 2 tbsp oil. Usually I'll also throw in a handful of chocolate chips, too. I usually use a bowl and cook it for 2 minutes.
Your brother is posting this video of you around the internet and talking about how ugly you are. He also mentioned that you raped a child and served time in prison. Is this true?
1)Microwaves only penetrate a certain distance into food, so if the food is spread out over a wide area then there would be about an inch along the outside that would burn before the middle would even be warm.
2)IF the container was wide and shallow, then all the air pressure of steam that helps rise up and expand would just escape up into the air instead of cooking the brownie and making it fluffy. Understand that it's not just baking powder that makes those little bubbles but also steam.
how fudgy is this? I don't really like brownies w/ cake consistency. ALso, W/ sucha tall glass, is the cake softer in the middle and harder sround the outside of the glass?
These are the best Vegan brownies! I've tried a few and they were disgusting but these were phenomenal considering they came from the microwave ;-) Thanks for the recipe!

couldn't you use butter(or substitute) instead of oil? seems healthier.
Morningv0dka 1 year ago 3
I dunno. I found a bunch of different versions of the recipe and combined what I like to get something that works.
The one time I tried butter I ended up with a crispy fried caramelized lump of hardened uncooked dough.
FoolNamedJon 1 year ago
@Morningv0dka butter is solid at room temperature. Oil is fluid at room temperature. Fats that are solid at room temperature are unhealthy.
