@Cupquakes11 it's about this girl who met this guy and she falls for him. for some reason, he doesn't seem to want to get close to her, but is an obviously good guy. they go to the beach and have some fun, and when she pulls off the hat, she sees he has a scar from a surgery of some sort, so one can asume he has a terminal disease of some sort, and after she grows up, she remembers all of her memories with that guy, that probably died.
