Who would be the right person to contact to establish a reforestation pilot project on the arid coastline of Spain? Please view the video I posted in response to yours. The purpose of the pilot project is to demonstrate how we can increase soil moisture and rainfall by planting biodiverse species of trees and plants close to the sea. I look forward to your reply.
