Do you have any good advice about Denver? Are the people nice? Can you walk a lot of places? Where are good places to live? I would truly appreciate your advice...
We no longer live in that apartment building, but it was a great area. That building was a complex called 86 Grant. It's just off of a main drag called Broadway. It's near CU. We know quite a few people who live in that area for the ease of access to the light rail trains, buses, and the school. Renting fcan be kind of pricing in the area, but for a 1-bedroom or studio, you shouldn't spend more than $600. Hope this helps!
