God dangit I missed a lot when I was in Australia for those three weeks. Great ride! it seems to go on forever, and it appears as if it has constant pops of airtime.
Nice! Looks like there's some I305/Maverick/Goliath (Walibi) action going on here. How do you get your trackwork so darn straight when the track isn't lined up with the line coordinates? Oh well...Anyway, 5 out of 5, and keep up the good work.
oh, yeah. what i meant was how do you get track smooth if it's not lined up with the dotted lines in the builder? i've tried so many times to build diagonal track, but i always screw it up.
I didn't handbuild this ride (I used newton), but I do have experience handbuilding, and what I do is that I make what I want in a separate file, save it as an element, and insert it in the original
Another fantastic ride from you two. Both of your pieces of work never fail to amaze me. 3Ds were great, track layout and supporting were superb. I didn't notice any pumping at all, everything flowed nicely, just as an Intamin should. You get 5 stars for this.
First of all, if you took the time to read the description, you'd know that I didn't make it. AyTrane did. He used 3ds Max, so I hope that will answer your question, but if not just send him a PM
This ride came out nicely, reminds me of something I built back in '02, but far smoother! Thank you for asking me to be a part of this coaster. Congratulations on a great ride!
Well I helped out with this one, A113 did all the work, I just had the ideas (It's something I've wanted to do for a long time) but I actually AM working on a project finally, check RCTlounge.
Wow, that was amazing! The rock tunnel is awesome, totally smooth, tons of airtime- like SFNE's Bizarro. Also surprises- I wasn't at all expecting the twist @ 2:09.
Everything was almost perfect, but technicly since there is no perfect (sorry for my nerdiness) I give you and Atem 4.99.../5.
By The Way, I'm guessing custom enviroment/sky box. Is that Buster's Forester coaster enviroment? I can't tell sinse I don't have the ride (I need to download that...).
Don't believe my friend (even though it would be cool if it was done in paint lol) it does use the skybox from the Volumetric Sunset Environment I just edited the lighting and treesizes because of the way the tunnel showed under the sun (it wasn't very seamless with the terraforming).
Very smooth, incredibly fun with all those little airtime hills, and beautifully themed. This is definitely one of the great coasters of No Limits, on the level of Windigo or Anaconda.
Well, the thing about Gaia and Evenoss (as well as Colder Fusion and Thunderhead falls) is that they just have constant interaction with scenery, with all those tunnels and things. This ride just isn't that heavily themed, so it's a little hard to compare it to something like Gaia.
As for Gamesmurf's rides, I wasn't sure how familiar they were to people, whereas I'm pretty sure most people watching NL videos have heard of Windigo.
COLDPLAY FTW!!!!!

You just combined two of my many favorite things, coasters (particularly Intamins) and Coldplay! Good job!

Just simply amazing!
So if I am correct, AHG does not smooth..Its just heartlines it to make the coaster more realistic right?
stgelaisxavier 2 years ago
It only banks and heartlines it. Be warned if you input crap to the ahg, you will get crap.
A113Productions 2 years ago
I usually hand build, cut the track into small segments, ctrl-g, then use AHG
