If it wasnt for them, less privileged citizens would have to suffer and go without any care at all. I dont think the video was made for malicious reasons by any means, and most viewers certainly won't assume that this is the only sort of dental care available in India so dont take this as an insult

Hey, I admire those guys. I've spent about forty years doing what they do. You make the most of what you have. The religious and political beliefs of Western Europeans have given us what we have. They have high tech hospitals too, just like in the US. If you can't afford it how will you go get a treatment? Therefore people turn to street dentists in India whereas in US I highly doubt they will get any business..
