Black africans have the highest world population numbers the world has ever seen, they also have the worlds largest piece of farmland the world has ever seen, Africa. Yet whites are a 10 percent minority of the ENTIRE PLANET and africans live with whites as a minority. There is nothing more you can do for these people.

Incarceration inflict hardships on ANYONE, regardless of race, it just happens that blacks tend to commit more crime.
