Maybe Mark should put it to the Soviets - why they took a vast chunk of Europe, and kept it, without giving its people a sniff of democracy. And why the Soviets` chief policy was to roll tanks across Europe, while brutally putting down all protest in places like Poland and the Czech Republic.
