no, this came out For pc and Xbox 360, the terrible Console COD's u played like Finesthour, big red one, and Call of duty 3 are not developed by the same people, they are a big step back for the series.

too bad the Normandy landings weren't in Omaha (which was the hardest beach to secure), but Pointe du Hoc was also good

You make a good point, but I think the more likely reason is that the Omaha landings were already portrayed in the rival game Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, so IW wanted to do something different.

Plus, at Pointe du Hoc, the Rangers did the fighting, so the player could experience that extraordinary day through the eyes of an elite soldier.
