A very slim possibility, you should read up on how cancer works. The only reliable curer for cancer is the body itself, that's how some people recover from cancer. A plant, at most, improves the body's ability to remove these rogue cells. But it won't likely be a medicine to cure it because we have yet to see a plant who can force cancer to repair themselves, by introducing original repairase.

Possibily, through repairing of cancer cells into normal cells via genetic repair (yes, cancer is caused by genetic damage). I won't know how intake of minerals can repair cellular DNA though, biotechnology is young and we might stumble on a cure somewhere along the way.

I totally agree... when my friend told me about herbal medicines I almost bust into a health store and fill up my basket with a bunch of herbal pills. Then I talked to my aunt (who has experience with herbs) and she guided me to some sites for me to research before I bought anything. I take mostly chamomile and slippery elm (for my crohns).

...as a registered medical herbalist (in practice with MDs, DOs, and NPs), people more often prefer botanical medicine because of traumatic or ineffective experience with pharmaceuticals.

Look for colleges that do herbal medicine courses, but to do the courses you usually need a good biology grade, but if you havnt you can always re-study. I had to re-study but i also learnt from a wise woman near where i lived so it turned out pretty peachy lol
