I know how you feel.. but the one thing you have to do is let go and be able to trust other people. There is that one girl out there just waiting for you but if you keep having one night stands, you'll never know. You have to let go of some of the feelings you have from the past and move on with the future. I know it's easier said and done but once you let go of your past feelings, you'll be much better off!

Are you kidding? Men take a break up waaaaaaaaaaay worse than women. If you finish with a guy he NEVER gets over it. If he breaks up with the girl, then he are fine, LOL Men are far more naturally insecure than women, but society hides this, so they can't express their insecurity in a normal way, this is where machoism starts. Some men, not all. I handle break ups quite well, I do this by making sure I always have extra secondary girlfriends... I am never with out punany, it makes it alot easier. Also I have the skills to handle females and thus have never had a female break up with me.
