Also a basic macro consideration that you should take into account (That will probably help you advance a league in the future) is selecting all of your drones in the mineral line. If you have less than two lines of drones in the selection box at the bottom of the screen (less than the 2X8 lines) then it is not fully saturated.

You ideally want to have two lines and a couple of extra on each base and then just start pumping attacking units. :)

i red a big thing on 9 OL vs 10 OL vs 1 extracter trick vs 2 extractor trick and this guy after a shit load of study found that u end up with more money going 9 OL and the exctractor trick only makes sense if u plan to do something else with the extra drones u pull off the canceled extractors

In this particular case, the odds were even and it showcased an opponent who played well. Posting victories is all good, but losing is also part of the game.

Just so you know, if you actually HAD gone with Muta, you could have dealt with his banshees better (he was only sending in one Viking at a time). Also, Marines counter mutas very well. Zerglings and Banelings counter Thors pretty well, so after he started going with those large armies, you could have gone with a mix of ling/baneling and Muta.

@soysoy98 That Banshee harass caught me off guard and I can normally deal with them. I even prepared for it but his Viking support really put me in tilt and it went downhill from there. Bane/ling usually beats MMM play, and Muta/ling are good vs mech play. Roach/Hydra is the one build that I can't seem to pull off vs Terran. Of course, that's just personal experience.

You also have to understand that I just wanted to play a SC game with no formal commentary. If I didn't care about my LPs, I wouldn't invest so much effort into fixing my Morrowind LP... @BlackFrost1728 Nah man, its actually really simple lol. Gather resources (2 different kinds) and build units. But its the different strategies that people come up with and how fast you have to know build up your base and army to keep ahead of the other guy. On top of that, you have to find out how to use your races abilities to your advantage. Zerg = Cheap quick building units, Protoss Expensive units but your workers aren't taken up with building the base. Terran in the middle somewhere.
