You hire a lawyer of your own that represent YOU not the realtor, not the bank, not the seller. You may have to pay for those but you want one the represents only YOU. The lawyer should not have worked for any of the people you are dealing with.

Next you want to hire a CPA to tell you how much you can afford to buy. That person should not be local.
Find an building inspector use the insurance company you plan to buy insurance from they may have some inspectors that are not beholding to realtor or seller.

Our ASHI certified home inspector did a great job. Our agent recommend him and he was very good. We received a report online with pictures and had seller give us $8500 for repairs!!

If buying an older home a home/pest inspection can help make a case to knock off the offer price by reimbursing or repairing any issues brought up in the inspection such as roof leaks, plumbing, pests, and electrical problem not seen during initial walk-through. I saved 4 grand thanks to a 400 dollar inspection report due to little fixes with plumbing and moisture.

Home inspection is a scam, they don't do anything for you. If you have to get a home inspector, don't use agent's home inspector.
