The last reported surplus was for fiscal year 2000, which ended a month before Bush was elected. Further, the last Clinton budget for actually for FY2001, ending Fall '01...which produced a $133.29 billion deficit (cont).

I do not believe in the whole democratic process, it is only in place to give Americans the illusion that they have freedom of choice. These politicians are there to serve the wealthy and powerful not us ball busting hard working Americans. It really angers me when I see people complaining about their politicians.
