I've never seen that plank with a belly roll in all my training. She's very good though as far as going slow. Most people think belly dance you gotta dance very fast but this is not so, and she does a very good job of bringing the pace down- YES belly dance is actually kind of slow dancing! Sometimes it looks a lot cooler and more amazing when you slow down because it actually takes a lot more than just the shimmys. THANKYOU SAHIRA and helping my training!
