  • O_0 if i wanted my shit treated like crap I'd ask the trash guy to toss it forward to the address please

  • People seem to miss the reason that both UPS and Fedex REQUIRE 2" of peanuts, bubble wrap or padding on all sides of a item being shipped. If the drivers had to provide white glove super delicate delivery they would take a lot longer and cost more to ship. I ship cabinets with Fedex Ground and the rep that calls on me said that 2 inches of padding allows packages to be dropped from waist height without damage. The boxes may show signs of wear and tear but the contents should be fine.

  • Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Home delivery,or Office are all 'independent contractors " and they get no benefits and every driver is being paid by the Stop,so it means if you're not home and i need a signature as a driver,i am not being paid for that stop.Find the justice in all that.I couldn't .I also never dropped a package but still got fired because i have received 4 customer complaints like Fed Ex driver didn't ring the bell,or driver broke the snow stick..

  • fuck i saw a guy do this to my laptop luckly it wasn't broken

  • All fedex ground delivery drivers are "independent contractors" not "employees", so they don't have any health insurance benefits, no matching 401k retirement plan, etc...Fedex treats people like crap so the driver generally doesn't give crap about your package. In the race to the bottom fedex is winning by a long shot!!

  • leave things alone in my neighborhood and you will leave empty handed

  • if you were dumb enough to not get shipping insurance on something that costs 7K! then you deserve this... otherwise just file a claim and they will replace it. you clearly have proof. and they wont fight it with video evidence...

  • why would you send something so valuable so cheap...ur the idiot

  • @Mattandhisdroid It's not the patrons fault that FedEx is treating their items this way.

  • boxes left unattended, no trolly used !!!

  • I know it depends on the value of the item inside the box, but I'd still be pretty upset if he dropped my package, no matter the value of the item.

  • @ theforgottenfeed You wouldn't be saying that if he was dropping your $7k package like that!

  • considering the boxes are probably filled with packing peanuts or something to absorb shock, your fine. Don't be such a baby. He has to unload a ton of heavy packages all day. Now if he was throwing them like in other videos then you should be concerned.

  • Fuckin' FEDEx, howda' they work?

  • I did not see anything wrong with how that guy unloaded those packages, I would site him for the large amount of butt crack. but how is the driver supposed to know the boxes contain $7000 electronics and not $4.00 worth of old underwear. He did not throw the boxes, he did not kick them, so he rolled them out his truck. So what he had control of them, Did you not see his hand on the back of the box making sure they would not hit hard. Lets follow you around all day with a camera,

  • @yotaruracing "but how is the driver supposed to know the boxes contain $7000 electronics and not $4.00 worth of old underwear". Thats EXACTLY why he gets paid to do what he does, which is handle packages with care BECAUSE he DOESNT know whats in them. It could be an extremely expensive and irreplaceable package and thats why hes paid to handle shit with care. And believe me they get paid good money, my friend worked for the USPS which gets paid less and he maid some good cash there.

  • @elboricua123 made*

  • @yotaruracing Your first hint might be the kind of business you're serving. The second might be the actual weight of the packages (the weightier, the more valuable, wouldn't you say?) This guy was phoning it in. Don't make excuses for poor performance. It brings us all down.

  • Just another reason why FedEx sucks balls:

    /watch?v=BY6G88pfIfY

pass this on..make sure everyone knows they're wack.

  • Fedex ground does suck... if you want your pkgs to be treated well go with Express

  • PS: If you're all so worried about shipping damange and want to show those shippers they don't need your business, then you can always go pay MSRP in some box store and stop ordering your crap off the internet.

  • Guess what? U wont have a check anymore!

How the hell u've been there for four years?

  • @devereda40 I quit a long time ago because it was a horrible underpayed and unrewarding job.

  • @devereda40 You're also dead wrong. Out of the four years I was working there I only ever saw one person fired for performance. They don't care. Get over it and insure your packages if theyre worth more than $100.

  • @shyguy640 Or watch them deliver and put them under citizens arrest for willfull destruction of property.

  • @olstar18 - Legally speaking it is not your property until you sign for it or they leave it on your doorstep. A bill of lading defines the tearms of delivery and property rights.

  • @shyguy640 depends on the terms of the order. Many places ship FOB their dock

  • @cdsjerry Bad american! FOB is for waterways only!

  • @Kronzlll Waterways? FOB = Freight On Board. It defines where the transfer of ownership takes place. It's a legal distinction of responsibility and ownership. It has nothing to do with a waterway.

  • As someone who worked for FexEx ground for a good four years. I can affirmatively tell you, 99% of the people there dont give a shit about your package and are just there to pick up a pay check.

  • @shyguy640 Including you, I'm sure. At least you're honest about your lack of integrity.

  • @raginh8r Thats why manufacturers sell product warranties and shipper insurance. Seems like you should explore those options since you sound a tad bit butt hurt.

  • If the item in that box is damaged from that then the shipper should have packaged it better.

  • 3:27 to 3:29

  • First off the packages get handle alot worse than that during the process this box may have traveled 1000 miles in a back of a trailer pack full of boxes shipper must package item for that. Second of all fedex ground drivers are contractors or employees of contractors. The contractror is financially responsible if the package was scanned to his or her van. Its up to the contractor if he want to leave package at apt. if a claimed is put in on fedex will take the money out of his check.

  • Guess what, you can't see through boxes, and most people don't know what an intellex is, buy insurance, thats what it is for. And it gets damaged by just being dropped out of the truck, then it wasn't packed right..and all apartment deliveries are not signature required with ups

  • FedexGroundSaviour,

I find your comment to be rather interesting...! How about the times that my packages (sometimes expensive electronics) have been left unattended for HOURS outside of my apartment door, in broad daylight, just because they were sent as "No Signature Required"!!! Yes, that part of your comment has left me rather puzzled...Unfortunately that is the irresponsible (and greedy) way that Fedex (as a company) operates... It is not just rogue drivers, it is the company mentality.

  • all apartment deliveries are signature required with UPS

  • AND... Those signatures do NOT have to be verified with ANY identification! Yeah! Sweeeet!

This means that my customer that got ripped off was able to get the company I was working for at the time involved and had to prove that it wasn't our fault at all to a FedFx CSR - costing me time and money I could've made doing something USEFUL. FedEx policy sucks. Just admit it.

  • @miupser

Really?!?!?!?! I've received some UPS deliveries without driver getting anybodies signature and the package was left on my porch.

  • @comounleon2 All shippers are offered "Signature Required" service. There are several options. They can request a signature on a door tag in order for the package to be released, they can request a Personal Signature, or they can request an Adult Signature. Insurance is also available.
