There are many people who have climbed Everest more then one time. I think Appa Sherpa is got the record of 16 times, The interesting thing is that only one person (Josef Rakoncaj) has climbed K2 more then one time.

I think K2 is so dangerous and scary that climbers don´t want to come back and climb it again...

People should start to realize that the best way to survive on these high peaks is to keep hydrated. Reduces frost bite, thus you can keep moving, Keeps blood at a good thickness so more oxygen can reach the brain and other parts of the body easier. If more people used oxygen on K2 there would probably be more survivors to.

well I think its probably more accurate to say k2 is one of the most technically difficult mountains to climb AT THAT ALTITUDE because there are a slew of mountains as technically difficult or more (depending on the specific route you're comparing it to) but are lower in elevation such as Jannu, Latok I, trango tower, uli biaho, gasherbrum iv, eiger, cerro torre, Spantik, Thalay Sagar, Changabang, Gaurishankar, Menlungtse, Ogre, Cerro Kistwar, South face of lhotse, Makalau and many others too.

One has to be really crazy to climb the killer mountain. everest has been summitted by over 2,000 climbers, whereas K2, by less than 200. Some died during the ascent, and some after summitting during descent. You have o walk ten days even to see this mountain.
