Guy is lucky it was Canadian police. American police probably would have bounced his face off of the hood and dragged him to the backseat of their car. Then pummeled him some more once they got to the police station.

@MidnightPolak This is the Vancouver Fire Chess Street Training Grounds. Just a few blocks from Hall 1. You can see the USAR 5ton rescue truck in the first frame
