  • good video, thank you for keeping the history of towers on video

  • you have a schematic of ur layout. Looks awesome! Im currently building a very small yard layout.

  • Thanks. If you follow the link in the description, you'll find the history of my model railroading as well as a diagram of the layout, detailing each section.

  • thanks. I just posted a few vids of my layout up, come tell me what you think :D

  • Damn man, what are the dimensions of this layout? Looks sweet.

  • The main oval is 17 1/2 by 12 feet and about 2 feet across. The peninsula for the Cleveland staging yard is 12 feet by 18 inches. The peninsula for the Columbus staging yard is 10 feet by 18 inches.

  • How lucky was that? You were in the right place at the right time to catch those 2 freights passing! :) Looks like it's gonna be a killer layout...Sure runs smooth!

  • Thanks!

  • I last lived in Mansfield, originally from Bucyrus. The layout's based on the Mansfield area with the former Conrail route from around Fourth Street east to I-71 with a ficticious Cleveland-Columbus line crossing it just east of the Mansfield yard.

  • looks like you have a nice layout in the works! are you from the mansfiels area? i live over in marion.
